WITBAZAR CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy (“Policy”), along with our Terms and Conditions, outlines the procedures and conditions governing (a) cancellations, (b) returns, and (c) refunds of products purchased through WitBazar. Any cancellations, returns, or refunds requested by you will be subject to the terms outlined in this Policy.


2. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

2.1. By using WitBazar and/or initiating a purchase, you agree to abide by this Policy. If you do not agree, we recommend refraining from transacting on WitBazar. Please note that we may update the terms of this Policy from time to time. Each time you visit WitBazar, ensure you review the latest version of the Policy to stay informed about any changes.


3. TERMS OF CANCELLATION

3.1. Orders can be cancelled any time before the dispatch of the product. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to cancel a dispatched order, contact our Customer Support Team to attempt order cancellation. If delivery is already in progress, you can reject the package upon delivery.

3.2. You can cancel orders through:

  • The “My Orders” section using the order tracking number.
  • Calling our customer care number.
  • Any other method as communicated by WitBazar.

3.3. Upon receiving a cancellation request, the order will be cancelled immediately. For prepaid orders, the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours of confirmation of cancellation.


4. TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND

4.1. Products eligible for returns can be returned within the timelines mentioned in Annexure A of this Policy. Returns are subject to compliance with the conditions outlined herein. WitBazar will not process returns if the wrong product model, color, or item is ordered by the customer.

4.2. All packages are sealed with tamper-proof packaging. Do not accept any package with a damaged or tampered seal, as this disqualifies you from return claims for defective, incorrect, or incomplete products.

4.3. To initiate a return, visit the “Orders” section, select “Help”, and proceed to “Log a Complaint”. Provide the necessary details about the shipment, issue, and request for return. You may be required to share images of the product for verification purposes.

4.4. After receiving your return request, WitBazar will verify the claim by assessing the reported issues, such as defects, damages, or non-compliance. Verification may involve sending images/videos of the product or scheduling an inspection. Following verification, the request may be accepted or rejected based on our findings.

4.5. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 1 business day of successful verification. Refunds will be credited either to your original payment method or your WitBazar Wallet. Processing time for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.

4.6. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be credited to your provided bank account. No cash refunds are offered.

4.7. Refunds typically take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. If delays occur, you may contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.

Return Policy: 7 Days Returnable

  • You may return the product if it is damaged, defective, missing parts, or if the product delivered is different from the one described on WitBazar.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition with the brand’s outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in the manufacturer’s packaging.

  • The product must be unused/unwashed.
  • Price tags/barcodes should be intact and unaltered.
  • No strong odors, foul smells, perfumes, or stains on the product.

The product should be in its original condition with the brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, and warranty cards for a successful return pickup.

Non-Returnable
Products in this category are non-returnable due to their consumable nature. However, returns may be accepted if the product is damaged, defective, expired, or differs from the description on WitBazar. Raise your concern with WitBazar Customer Care within 7 days of receipt.

The product must be in its original condition with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and manufacturer packaging (if applicable) for return approval.

Non-Returnable
Returns are not accepted due to hygiene and consumable nature. If the product is defective, damaged, or differs from the description on WitBazar, contact WitBazar Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


Sports, Toys, and Luggage – Outdoor Games(Holi Colors, Holi Accessories)
Non-Returnable
Due to the consumable nature of these products, returns are not accepted. However, in the rare event of damage, defects, missing parts, or a mismatch with the product description, you can contact WitBazar Customer Care within 72 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 72 hours will be rejected.


Sports, Toys, and Luggage – Sporting Goods & Fitness Equipment
(e.g., Billiard, Cricket Guards, Treadmills, Exercise Bikes, Massagers, Home Gym Systems, Strength Training Equipment, etc.)
Non-Returnable
These products are non-returnable. However, for issues such as damage, defects, missing parts, or mismatches with the product description, you must report it to WitBazar Customer Care within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for returns:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags, user manual, warranty cards, and all accessories intact.
  • The product must not show signs of use, odors, stains, scratches, or dents.

For issues beyond 7 days, contact the manufacturer under the applicable warranty policy.

  • These items are non-returnable due to their consumable nature.
  • If the product is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from the ordered item, contact WitBazar customer care within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests raised beyond 24 hours will not be entertained.
  • Keep the product in its original condition with the brand box, MRP tags, warranty cards, and original accessories intact.
  • Tampered packaging or damaged boxes disqualify return claims.

Electronics – General Devices (Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, Peripherals, Home Appliances, and Accessories)

Returnable within 5 Days (T&C Apply)

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, notify customer care within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Returns accepted only for products inactivated at the time of return and verified as per policy.
  • Brands like Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Lenovo, Dell, etc., require direct contact with their customer support.
  • After 5 days, contact the manufacturer for warranty service.

Conditions for Return:

  • Product must be in original packaging with MRP tags, warranty cards, and all accessories included.
  • Ensure personal data is erased from devices before returning. WitBazar is not responsible for data misuse.

Electronics – Large Appliances (Televisions, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, etc.)

Returnable within 5 Days (T&C Apply)

  • Report issues such as damage, defects, or DOA (Dead on Arrival) to customer care within 5 days of delivery.
  • Technicians from WitBazar, the brand, or the seller may inspect the product before approval.
  • Products installed by unauthorized technicians are not eligible for return.

Conditions for Return:

  • Keep the product in original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and warranty documentation.
