WITBAZAR CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL

1.1. WitBazar (“we,” “us,” or “our”), managed and operated by MNM Remedies Pvt. Ltd., is dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience through its website and mobile applications available at www.witbazar.com (collectively referred to as “WitBazar,” “Website,” or “App”). The platform facilitates the sale and purchase of various products and services. The term “User” or “Users” or “you” refers to any individual accessing, using, or transacting on the Website.

1.2. At WitBazar, we strive to deliver the best shopping experience—from placing an order to managing cancellations, returns, and refunds. We aim to ensure a hassle-free experience while using WitBazar for your shopping needs.

1.3. This Cancellation Policy, along with our Terms and Conditions, outlines the procedures and conditions governing (a) cancellations, (b) returns, and (c) refunds of products purchased through WitBazar. Any cancellations, returns, or refunds requested by you will be subject to the terms outlined in this Policy.

2. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

2.1. By using WitBazar and/or initiating a purchase, you agree to abide by this Policy. If you do not agree, we recommend refraining from transacting on WitBazar. Please note that we may update the terms of this Policy from time to time. Each time you visit WitBazar, ensure you review the latest version of the Policy to stay informed about any changes.

3. TERMS OF CANCELLATION

3.1. Orders can be cancelled any time before the dispatch of the product. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to cancel a dispatched order, contact our Customer Support Team to attempt order cancellation. If delivery is already in progress, you can reject the package upon delivery.

3.2. You can cancel orders through:

  • The “My Orders” section using the order tracking number.
  • Calling our customer care number.
  • Any other method as communicated by WitBazar.

3.3. Upon receiving a cancellation request, the order will be cancelled immediately. For prepaid orders, the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours of confirmation of cancellation.

4. TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND

4.1. Products eligible for returns can be returned within the timelines mentioned in Return Policyand  refund policy section. Returns are subject to compliance with the conditions outlined therein. WitBazar will not process returns if the wrong product model, color, or item is ordered by the customer.

4.2. To initiate a return, visit the “Orders” section, select “Help”, and proceed to “Log a Complaint”. Provide the necessary details about the shipment, issue, and request for return. You may be required to share images of the product for verification purposes.

4.3. After receiving your return request, WitBazar will verify the claim by assessing the reported issues, such as defects, damages, or non-compliance. Verification may involve sending images/videos of the product or scheduling an inspection. Following verification, the request may be accepted or rejected based on our findings.

4.5. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 1 business day of successful verification. Refunds will be credited either to your original payment method or your WitBazar Wallet. Processing time for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.

4.6. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be credited to your provided bank account. No cash refunds are offered.

4.7. Refunds typically take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. If delays occur, you may contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.
